At ILM BOOK CORNER, we aim to provide our customers with quality Quran-related books, Islamic literature, and educational resources. Please read our return and refund policy before placing an order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at 0314 7555054 or alkitaabh@gmail.com.

Please provide your order details and clear photographs or videos showing the issue. We will review your request and inform you of the available resolution.

Return Eligibility

To help us review a return request, the product should be unused, in its original condition, and accompanied by its original packaging where applicable.

Books or Quran-related products that have been used, marked, damaged after delivery, or returned without their original condition may not qualify for a return, subject to applicable consumer laws.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, we will inform you about the refund process and expected timeline. For Cash on Delivery orders, we may contact you to arrange an appropriate refund method.

Refunds will be assessed according to the circumstances of the issue and applicable laws.

Exchanges

If you receive an incorrect or defective product, we will review your request and advise whether a replacement or another suitable resolution is available.
